UST Global’s focus on implementing ABM for one of our biggest and longest standing clients began quietly in 2014 in an effort to pilot strategies and gain key learnings prior to implementing it against our top 10 accounts. Even before the first blue print sessions were conducted on the top 25 accounts, we were experiencing successes through the collaborative ABM efforts of the Anthem account team and marketing.
A renewed emphasis and infusion of focus on relationship development and thought leadership has netted success and has inspired the team. An additional highlight to the ABM focus is the development of a Joint Go To Market presentation for UST and Anthem to share their collective success with the others in the “Blues” network to leverage learnings and efficiencies together.
